HATHA Yoga Classes will introduce you to basic breathing techniques & asanas necessary to achieve grace, beauty, and balance. Instruction flows from Iyengar and Anusara traditions. The class ranges from mildly to moderately challenging, and emphasizes each individual's true expression.
