Series of exercises performed on a mat comprise this class, which is based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class improves flexibility, coordination, & posture while increasing awareness of proper body alignment & breathing. It is also designed to strengthen abdominal, leg, back, and gluteus maximus muscles
