My Weight Loss Story

My weight was a steady 135 pounds. I enjoyed rollerblading, beach volleyball, jogging, biking, water sports and in the gym 3 days a week.
That was my lifestyle prior to having my children.
I gave birth to my three precious daughters, in 1997, 2000 and 2003 and with each pregnancy, I continued to top the scale. I was tired constantly and battling illness. The bottom line, I didn’t like the person looking back at me in the mirror. Once I saw the scale read 215 pounds, something went off in my head –
“Just Do It”. I joined the gym, hired a trainer and started on my weight loss journey. 22 months later and 70 pounds less, I weigh in at a much leaner 145 pounds. I have 10 more pounds to reach my goal weight of 135. It is an amazing feeling going from a size 18 to a size 6!
But I must give credit where credit is due; I could not have achieved my goals without joining a great gym like Busy Body Fitness Center and utilizing wonderful trainers like Leo B. & Kim P.
